Shipping

BUYING: Shipping options for your item will be listed on the checkout page. Select items such as luggage, may have an increased shipping price due to the weight and dimensions. All items are shipped UPS or FedEx with an adult signature required. You will receive a notification email once your item has been shipped with tracking information. All items are shipped Monday-Friday.

 

Shipments are only sent to the verified address that matches your credit card. If we have any issues with verifying your shipping address, additional identification verification may be required.

Please contact us if you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 2 business days once your order has been placed.

 

At the time, we are only shipping items within the United States. 

SELLING: The seller is responsible to shipping cost, insurance, signature required, when shipping items to us. We are not responsible for lost or damaged in transit packages so please ensure your package is properly packed and insured. Please notify us once you ship your item and provide us tracking information.
